After deep consideration, we have decided to bring Eidolon to a close. To continue running events in the current LARP environment would require drastic changes to the way that Eidolon works, and many of those changes are incompatible with the goals of intended game. Rather than make fundamental changes that would distort the intent of Eidolon, we feel the best course of action is to let the game end. This was a hard decision, but ultimately the right one.

Mat will be running Eidolon again at a future point, likely in a new meta environment. With that in mind, we will not be doing a full plot reveal. We also feel that to focus on and discuss "what would have been" would be in poor taste at this time. We ask those players who know super-plot related secrets to please respect this decision, and continue with their silence.

We still have a crack team of GMs eager and willing to LARP; most of the staff has agreed to stick together for future projects. In that light, we will be collaborating on new LARPs. Announcements will be made through the appropriate channels when they are of interest.

We thank everybody who has participated in Eidolon over the past five years, and hope to see you at other LARPs.
